Entrance Exam 2009 India

Tamil Nadu Agricultural University situated in Coimbatore provides biotechnology courses at the degree level. The university is well known for the many courses offered by the university on the basis of agriculture. The university conducts entrance test for the biotechnology courses.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates apply for the course on the basis of the eligibility criteria. The first necessity is that the candidates must be citizens of India. Candidates should have passed their 10+2 Examination and scored a minimum of 65%. Thirdly, aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 22 years as on 31st of December of the previous year of the present entrance examination.

Selection Procedure

Candidates need to follow the selection procedure set up by the university. Firstly, candidates need to appear a written entrance examination for the course. After the entrance examination the candidates need to go through group discussions and then an interview after which candidates are selected. There are reserved seats for candidates. Candidates need to have a good command over biology, physics, mathematics and chemistry.
