All India Institute of Medical Sciences is one of the major educational groups of medical sciences in India, which also provides biotechnology courses in Master level. The special centre of biotechnology in this university was established in the year 1986.The college is well known for conducting entrance tests for biotechnology in India.
Eligibility Criteria
Aspirants seeking to appear in the entrance examination conducted by this university needs to be a citizen of India. He or she should have scored a minimum of 80% marks in their Higher Secondary Examination. The aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 22 years to a maximum of 26 years as on 31st of December of the previous year of the present entrance examination. The applicants who are physically challenged have to be at least 23 years of age.
Selection Procedure
Aspirants have to appear for a written entrance examination. The aspirants should have a good command in physics, mathematics, biology and chemistry in their Higher secondary examination. If the candidate is selected in the entrance examination then he or she needs to go through the group discussions and then a face to face interview, only then the candidate will be selected for the course.
