Biotechnology is used for developing various products of high quality which requires professional biotechnologists at large. Sai College of Medical Science and Technology is a well known college of India which provides biotechnology courses in the degree and master level. The college is under Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University in Kanpur. The college holds entrance tests for its courses including biotechnology.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate seeking admission in biotechnology courses must have a background in science and should have scored a minimum of 65% in their 10+2 Examination. Aspirants need to be citizens of India. The aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 26 years of age in order to apply for the courses.
Selection Procedure
A written entrance test is compulsory. Candidates are also selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the 10+2 Examination. If the candidates are selected, then he or she needs to go through the group discussions and an interview, only then candidates are selected for the course. Candidates need to provide the necessary documents whenever required.
