Biotechnology in Sarder Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology, Uttar Pradesh
Most of the candidates pursuing biotechnology courses get placements in their 3rd year itself. India has many colleges which offer biotechnology courses and one of them is Sarder Vallabh Bhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology which offers biotechnology courses in the engineering level. The college is under U.P. University. The college holds entrance tests for its courses including biotechnology.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates need to be citizens of India. Candidates need to have a good command over subjects of science and should have scored a minimum of 65% in their 10+2 Examination. The aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 25 years of age. The college gives special preference to the candidates from Uttar Pradesh.
Selection Procedure
According to the selection procedure, aspirants need to appear a written entrance test for the course. Candidates are also selected on the basis of the marks obtained in the 10+2 Examination. If the candidates are selected, then he or she needs to go through the group discussions and an interview, only then the candidates are selected.
