Maharashtra, the state that abounds with the most number of industries and organizations in the country is home to several management institutes and engineering colleges. School of Bioscience and Bioengineering is one of the colleges in Mumbai that provides the students with high quality education. The college offers biotechnology courses in the degree and master’s level. The college holds entrance tests for its courses including biotechnology.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be citizens of India. Candidates should have scored a minimum of 65% in their 10+2 Examination. The aspirant’s age range should be from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 24 years.  Students passing out from Maharashtra are given special preference.

Selection Procedure

A written entrance test is compulsory for the course. The marks obtained in 10+2 Examination is taken into account as well. If the candidates are selected, then he or she needs to go through the group discussions and an interview. Candidates are selected for the course after going through the entire procedure. There are 20 reserved seats for candidates on the basis of merit.
