Indian Navy - Permanent Commission in Logistics Cadre

Eligibility Criteria

The age criterion to be eligible to apply for the Indian Navy- Permanent in Logistics Cadre is between 19½ and 25 years. In terms of educational qualification, the candidate should be a graduate with minimum 60% score in B.Com, BA (Economics), MBA, MCA, BBA, BBM, BSC (IT), B.E/B.Tech or Graduate degree with PG diploma/ICWA/CA/Degree in Materials Management. Moreover the candidate should be male, unmarried with minimum height 157 cm and corresponding weight. Eyesight correctable to 6/6, 6/12 is permitted but the candidate should not be color/night blind.

Selection Procedure

On the basis of a cut off percentage of marks obtained in graduation, the candidates are shortlisted. Then Stage I test is conducted that comprises of Intelligence test, Picture Perception and Discussion Test. Again the shortlisted candidates are called for Group testing, Psychological testing and interview. Finally a medical test is conducted.
