Institute of Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition is a government institute and is based in Meerut. The college takes an annual entrance examination for the admission purpose in the Hotel Management course. The Institute offers Bachelor’s degree in various other courses too such as business management, and others.

Eligibility Criteria

•    Aspirants must be a citizen of India, but should not belong to the state of Jammu & Kashmir as well as to the state of Andhra Pradesh.
•    The candidates must also secure a minimum of 40% marks in their Higher Secondary Examinations or its equivalent test.
•    The candidate’s age range must be from 17 years minimum to a maximum of 24 year’s as on the date of entrance examination.

Selection Procedure

Aspirants have to appear for a written entrance examination. The selected candidates are then called for a final admission personal interview. These candidates are also called for final admission call under which they are given admission in various desired courses. Applicants who belong to the schedule caste and schedule tribe classes are given reserved seats for the admission process. Domicile state play an important role during the admission process. Those candidates are also selected who have excelled themselves in certain fields of life.

•    Proposed date of declaration of result of this exam- Last week of July
