An annually entrance examination is organized by Kedarnath Veterinary College for admission in veterinary courses. Though various colleges organize such types of entrance examination, but the entrance exam of this college is considered to be one of the toughest examinations taking place in different parts of India. Aspirants from various states of India can take part in this examination and get them self admitted in the different stream of veterinary.

Eligibility Criteria

•    Applicants should be over seventeen years of age and should be under 23 years of age.
•    He or she must be a citizen of India and should not belong to the state of Jammu and Kashmir as the act passed by the Indian Government.
•    He or she should have secured above 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.
•    Applicants should have a domicile of period more than 5 years.

Selection procedure

A special interview is called on by the college for those aspirants who have succeeded in the written examination and have made their way cleared to the different streams. Applicants should have to come with their all testimonials. There are special seats for those candidates who come from scheduled caste, scheduled tribe and other lower caste people and also for those who have excelled in different fields of education.

•    Proposed last date of distribution of form-1st week of December
•    Proposed last date of submission of form-last week of January
•    Proposed date of examination-mid week of April
•    Proposed last date of results-end week of May
