St. Cathedral College of Veterinary and Medical Science hold an annual entrance examination for the admission process in its various veterinary and medical seats. This college of Bangalore is considered as one of the major veterinary colleges of India. This college has specially developed teaching staff for the proper teaching of the student. This college holds an annual meeting in which suggestions are taken to develop the veterinary course.

Eligibility Criteria

•    Aspirants must be a citizen of India, but should not belong to the state of Jammu & Kashmir as well as from the state of Andhra Pradesh.
•    Candidate’s age must not be below 17 years and should not have crossed a maximum of 24 years as on the date of entrance examination.
•    He or she must have secured minimum of 55% marks in Physics, chemistry and Biology in their Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent test.

Selection Procedure

Candidates have to appear for a written entrance examination. After the candidates have passed this entrance examination they are called for a personal interview. These candidates are then called for final admission process along with their parents. Seats are also reserved for scheduled castes and scheduled tribe candidates. Some seats are also reserved for military personnel’s as well for Physically Challenged aspirants.

•    Last date for submission of completely filled in application form- 24th of November
•    Date of entrance examination- 26th of April
•    Proposed date of result- Mid week of June.
