Veterinary Entrance Examination, Madhya Pradesh
The state of Madhya Pradesh holds an annual entrance examination for the admission purpose in its 3 government based colleges having a total of 275 seats for the general candidates. This state has a well developed panel of boards looking after the proper development of this course. The test taken under by the All India Entrance Board of Veterinary Exam is considered as the exam of high standard and aspirants prepare day and night to fare well in this exam.
Eligibility Criteria
• Aspirants must be a citizen of India.
• He or She must have secured a minimum of 55% marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology and Mathematics in their Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent test.
• Aspirants age have must not be below 17 years and should not have crossed a maximum of 24 years as on the date of entrance examination.
Selection procedure
Aspirants have to appear for a written entrance examination comprising of questions related to both multiple choice type and essay type. After the applicants have passed this examination they are called for a special personal counseling where an on spot admission takes place. Candidate’s belonging to the scheduled castes and scheduled tribe classes are given special reserved seats for the admission process. Domicile status plays a crucial role during the admission process as all the candidates are from the state of Madhya Pradesh.
