Xavier’s College of Hotel Management is considered amongst the grandest colleges that offer both Diploma as well as Bachelor level Degree in this course. The college has an in built Placement cell that looks after the placement of the each and every student. The college before admitting applicants takes an annual entrance exam.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate must be a citizen of India and at the same time must have secured a minimum of 50% in their Higher Secondary Examination or its equivalent test. This criterion is a bit lower, only 40 percent, for the candidates belonging to Schedules caste, scheduled tribe and other backward classes. The age of the individual candidates should range from a minimum of 17 years to a maximum of 24 years as on the 31st of July of the present year of the entrance examination.
Selection Procedure
Aspirants that seek admission in this college have to appear for a written entrance exam. Based on the performance of the written exam, candidates are called for a personal interview. Only after clearing this last hurdle, personal interview, the successful candidates are given a final admission call by the concerned authority of the college. The college also has a reserved quota for those that belong to physically challenged category.
